View Listing Party member listings to review, gain inspiration, source and more!

  • Copying your listings to Listing Party:
    • Business and Pro members can copy listings right from your List Perfectly catalog to Listing Party.
    • Select the crossposting icon(s) for listing(s) you wish to copy to Listing Party → choose the Listing Party icon → choose copy. Thant’s it! Your listings will now display on Listing Party.

 

  • Removing your listings from Listing Party:
    • You can remove listings from Listing Party by using “end listing” from your List Perfectly catalog or by manually deselecting the Listing Party status in your LP Listing.
    • Manually deselecting Listing Party from your listing can be done via the edit listing screen OR from express editor.

 

  • Viewing Listings:
    • You can browse Listing Party member listings or view specific member listings by selecting to view listings from their specific profile.
    • On the listings page you will notice “For Sale” and “Sold” statuses, price, photo, title, and marketplace availability.
    • Select a marketplace icon to view the live listing on that marketplace.

View live, upcoming, and past events. Join live events to connect, inspire and learn more!

  • Join events:
    • For upcoming events you can copy the invite link to the Zoom call by choosing “Copy link to party”. Save the link and join the Zoom call at the start time.
    • You can also join live calls. When a call is currently live, you can select “Join Party” to join the call.

 

Directory

Directory

The Directory is where you will be able to search and locate other party members. From here you will be able to filter the directory to find assistants, consigners and more.

  • Filter results:
    • From the left hand menu apply multiple filters to narrow down your search.
    • Select “Apply” to filter the Directory results.
    • At any time you can clear all filters by choosing “Clear”.

  •  Create Profile – Watch Video
    • Select “Edit Profile” from the left hand navigation menu.
    • Fill out details to create your profile.
    • TIP – Select the help bubble icons for additional details on the specific field.
    • Select “Save Profile” at each section to save changes.
    • Once your primary profile has been saved, navigate and complete any additional profiles. (Seller, Assistant, Consigner).

 

  •  Edit Profile – Watch Video
    • Select “Edit Profile” from the left hand navigation menu at any time to make edits to your profile or specific Seller, Assistant or Consigner profiles.
    • Party Name change – Select the “padlock” icon to unlock the Party Name field, then update with the new Party Name.
    • Select “Save Profile” at each section to save changes.

 

  •  View Profile – Watch Video
    • Select “Profile” from the left hand navigation menu.
    • Here you can view your completed profile and how it will display publicly.

Listing Party Rules

  1. Disclaimer –
    Listing Party is meant to be a way for sellers to connect with each other. That said, Listing Party will not be involved in ANY agreements between two parties. Listing Party will not be involved with any terms or payments.     
  2. No promoting –
    No promotion of any other services that may offer crossposting or consignment services. 
  3. Communication –
    When communicating with other members, be professional and polite. No offensive or inappropriate language, expectations, demands, etc will be tolerated.     
  4. Be clear and transparent –
    Be clear and transparent when creating your profile and offering services that others may be interested in or when you are engaging with others that you may hire to work with you.

  5. Nothing inappropriate –
    The goal is to be uplifting and positive, therefore negativity or discussions about politics, religion, etc are not allowed.
    Do not use any inappropriate, foul, racist, etc language on your profile or when engaging with any other Listing Party members.

    Do not post pictures, listings, or text related to adult categories or themes. Bashing and bullying will not be tolerated in any fashion. 

Violating these rules may result in you being escorted out of the party.
