One of the most frequently requested features was to have item specifics displayed on the View page, so we’ve made an update for this.  You can now view both your description and details side by side.

We’ve also added the marketplace item numbers right on the View page, so rather than clicking Edit to check if they’ve been added just refresh the view page instead.  Below is a partial view of the item specifics so you can see how they now show:

We are currently experiencing a bug that is causing photos to get placed out of order when they are being added. We have noticed an issue when creating a listing in List Perfectly and also when cross posting from a marketplace to List Perfectly.

We notice that the photos are getting out of order on List Perfectly, but that the order will remain intact going to different marketplaces.

In the mean time we have had success with a few different workarounds to band-aid the issue for the time being to get the order correct in List Perfectly. Please see below.

1 – One workaround is to go ahead and save your listing with the photos in the incorrect order, go back to edit your listing, re-arrange the photo order, then save / update the listing. Doing this re-arrange has been working to preserve the order.

2 -Another possible workaround to preserve your photo order is to add photos one at a time. After numerous tests we are noticing that pictures being added in a large group at a time may be causing an issue. Adding pictures one at a time has been working to keep the photos in order.

  • As you can see, the photos have loaded out of order.
  • Go ahead and update the listing with the wrong order.
  • Edit the listing with the wrong order.
  • Re-arrange your item’s images to the correct order.
  • Save the updated listing.
  • Your listing should now keep the updated order and preserve it for cross-posting.

Overnight we pushed an automatic extension update that requires logging in to enable. This version includes important updates as well as our newest integration for Relovv.  The video below shows the proper way to login to the extension so everything works as it should.

Instructions:

In the extension dropdown click Login, then proceed to login to LP site (even if you’re already logged in).

Once logged in, refresh all of your open marketplace tabs and windows.

If you have any issues, please remove and re-install your extension as the update may not have been properly updated in your system.

Everyone should now be using version 0.9.5.2 of the List Perfectly extension.

We’ve made it easier to get support and share the issue you’re having by recording your screen in List Perfectly.  Sending us a video is the best way to help us diagnose and fix your issue fast, so we highly recommend it.

In the top menu under “Help & News” you’ll see a new link “Send a help request”

Select your reason for requesting help in the drop down, tell us about the issue you’re having, optionally include screenshots and then submit.

 

If your reason is “A tech issue, something isn’t working”, after submitting the request form you’ll have the option to record a video of what’s happening in your screen.

After you submit your request, you can now return to this same page to view the status and response by our support team.  We’ll let you know if we’ve sent an email and you can also read our update right from that screen

Google chrome released an important update today that fixes a vulnerability in the browser (not the LP extension but the browser itself).

We are strongly recommending everyone follow these steps to update Google Chrome browser  to the current version 78.0.3904.87

  • Click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner of Chrome browser
  • Click “Help”
  • Click “About Google Chrome”

In the next page check that your version is at least 78.0.3904.87, if not see if there is an option you can select to check for updates and then re-launch your browser.  Screenshot below:
