Catalog Updates

This morning the LP Team has made some updates. Please see below.

 

  1. New “Issues Detected” filter added to catalog. Now you can quickly filter your whole catalog to display all listings that have an “issue” detected.
  2. Duplicate listing change – Now when duplicating listings in your LP Catalog the “inventory and sales” section that stores all linked listings and platform statuses will no longer be duplicated which required that you manually remove each unwanted item number.

Version Update: BETA 0.14.21.60

A new version, 0.14.21.60, has been released to the Beta version of List Perfectly. If you have the Current version installed now, your version may automatically update. Click below to remove and install the most updated version.
With recent updates to List Perfectly we strongly recommend completely clearing your cache and cookies for all time when adding a new version.

  • Google Chrome – Clear your cache and cookies by selecting the 3 dots at the top right > choose more tools > clear browsing data > clear cache and cookies for all time.
  • Microsoft Edge – Clear your cache and cookies by selecting the 3 dots at the top right > choose history > clear browsing data > clear cache and cookies for all time.

    • eBay – Update for uploading images to eBay during the crosspost from the LP Catalog.
    • Tradesy – Update to restore ending listing / mark SOLD from the LP Catalog.
    • Etsy – New setting for alternate copy flow to allow access to Etsy shop sections while creating listings during the crosspost.
    • General – Updated styling to recopy button and extension menu.

Keep your LP Catalog in sync – Best Practices

The LP team has just released a new help doc about how LP keeps your catalog in sync with marketplaces and what you can do to keep everything working well.

We encourage anyone who is or would like to manage inventory, mark Sold, end listings and more with the LP Catalog to review it here.

Having the correct item ID tied to your listing is critical to ending listings, marking sold, and overall managing your inventory.

Lately we’ve been seeing a rise in tickets related to not using best practices when using the LP Catalog. Nearly every case that our support team troubleshoots is due to delisting and relisting using some other method besides LP and not updating the new IDs in LP.  Note that:

If you are relisting using any other method besides LP and not updating the LP Catalog with the new item IDs, we can’t keep track of listings, end them or mark them sold.

This can happen if you relist directly on the marketplace, or some other method and do not update your listing in the LP catalog with the new ID that’s been assigned from the marketplace.

    • Mercari – Update to fix issue where price was being reset by “suggested Mercari price”.
    • Shopify – Update to fix issue where tags were not copying to Shopify.
    • Shopify – Update to fix issue where using “recopy” was duplicating images.
  • Known issues (With this specific version):
    • Depop – At times when ending linked listings on Depop the confirmation messages are not seen. Listings are ending as expected still.

    • eBay – Update to the LP alert location when brand is not found during the crosspost.
    • Facebook – Fix for condition not being selected during the crosspost.
    • Facebook – Fix for exact weight not copying during the crosspost.
    • Kidizen – Fix for issue where crossposting icons were not displaying on active listings.
    • Extension Setting – “Copy to open marketplace tab” fix for issues when using the setting to copy to Depop and Mercari.
    • General – Marketplace to marketplace optimization and improvements.
    • *NEW* Support for two colors when crossposting to and from marketplaces that offer support of two colors. (LP, Etsy, Poshmark, Depop, Shopify) – Demo video.
      • Add multiple colors to your List Perfectly listing by separating the color by a “comma”.
  • Known issues (With this specific version):
