A new version, 0.14.37.2 has been released to the Beta version of List Perfectly.

If you have the Beta version installed now, your version may automatically update.

  • Mercari – Update for issue where during crossposting to Mercari it was jumping to the price field.

A message from Amanda, Co-CEO of List Perfectly

Hi Everyone,

We’ve been closely monitoring the LP site over the past several hours and everything looks good. About an hour ago an issue was fixed and we are also monitoring. This issue related to having special characters like emojis in listing text, but as mentioned should be fixed.

Upgrades have been made, and we’ve rebuilt necessary code to keep everything working well. We will continue to monitor and fix anything necessary if the situation arises.

We take great pride in ensuring whatever we can control is stable as a rock. When things don’t go according to plan, we want to make sure you feel appreciated and valued as a customer. To this end, we’re giving everyone access to the PhotoRoom background remover for free, no matter what plan you have, through the end of May.

Simple plan will have 100 background removals, Business 300, and Pro plan will be increased to 2000 from now until May 31st, 11:59 PM PST. This is live now, look for it in your photo editing tools.

* New Feature Released *
We also have a new feature released to everyone we’d love for you to try – Default Templates.
The default template feature will allow you to set which template LP will default to each time you create a new listing in your List Perfectly Catalog.

Listing a bunch of jeans, click your jeans template as the default and this template will automatically pop up with each new listing, allowing you to create each listing with fewer clicks. Done with jeans and want to move on to sneakers, make your sneaker template the default and continue listing.

Templates are useful for all that information you need to include in each listing, brand, color, zip code, COGS if averaging a bulk purchase, etc., no matter what you’re listing.

  • Update Feature:
    • Shopify – Shopify listings with variations saved to them can cause an interruption when attempting to updated specific listing details. Updating all details should remain unaffected.
    • Tradesy – On rare occasions when updating Tradesy listings, all images do not update. Select “recopy” to reload the images.

Current Issue: Unable to Save Images

Update: Services are restored. Uploading and saving images to LP listings is working as expected. 

We are currently investigating an issue where images cannot be saved or uploaded to LP listings. This is a result of a widespread issue affecting large parts of the internet. We are monitoring the situation and will provide an update ASAP.

We recommend not attempting to save or upload images at this time. If you do, please do not refresh the tab while “Image loading…” is shown. Doing so could result in the loss of images.

Version Update: Beta Version 0.14.20.93

A new version, 0.14.20.93, has been released to the Beta version of List Perfectly. If you have the Beta version installed now, your version may automatically update. Click below to remove and install the most updated version.
With recent updates to List Perfectly we strongly recommend completely clearing your cache and cookies for all time when adding a new version.

  • Google Chrome – Clear your cache and cookies by selecting the 3 dots at the top right > choose more tools > clear browsing data > clear cache and cookies for all time.
  • Microsoft Edge – Clear your cache and cookies by selecting the 3 dots at the top right > choose history > clear browsing data > clear cache and cookies for all time.

Experimental Version 1.14.20.93 Available

An experimental version of List Perfectly is now available for install. This version includes some fixes for a current issue where specific details are not copying to or from Mercari which is causing an interruption to the crosspost and status updates as well.

This version can be manually installed by following the steps here.

Please note that you should only install this version if you need a fix for crossposting to Mercari immediately. Official beta version release will be coming soon pending Google review.
