• Graphs (above)- Referral Graphs are visual representations of each statistic. You may filter for specific times, dates, etc..

• Statistics above – We update this multiple times per day. Here is more information about each statistic:
  • Unpaid Referrals – # of friends that you have NOT been paid for yet (please note your commission begins only after the friend has subscribed for 31+ days).
    • Unpaid Earnings: total dollar amount ($) for your Unpaid Referrals. Please note this is an estimate of what you will earn if all friends remain subscribed for 31+ days and do not change plans (ex: upgrade, downgrade or cancel).
  • Paid Referrals – # of friends that you have been paid for multiplied by the # of months each has subscribed for (please note your commission begins only after the member has subscribed for 31+ days). Ex: you have 10 friends X 10 months (no plan changes) = 100 paid referrals.
    • Paid Earnings: total dollar amount ($) for all Paid Referrals throughout your lifetime as a Referral Member.
  • Rejected Referrals: # of times your friend cancels a subscription attached to your code and that you are no longer being paid for.
    • For example: a friend cancels their subscription to List Perfectly. Your # of Rejected Referrals goes up by 1.
    • However, there can be other situations. For example: your friend signed up for the Simple Plan with your code. They upgrade to the Business Plan, which “cancelled” the Simple Plan in our system. Your Rejected Referrals go up by 1, but your # of friends that you earn commission for does not change.
  • Campaign (Applies to Referral Links Only): Track the success and metrics of specific Referral Link campaigns. *Please note this is an advanced marketing tool and completely optional.

How it works:

How do I get paid? – We pay your commission monthly via PayPal. Commission begins 31 days after your friend signs up with your code. Your commission payment window is between the 1st and the 5th of each month.

What affects my commission?
– Monthly commission earnings are estimated because of plan changes or cancellations, upgrades, or downgrades.

What do the referral statuses mean?
– An Unpaid status reflects a commission that hasn’t been paid. Please note that a commission begins 31 days after your friend signs up with your code. Your commission payment window is between the 1st and the 5th of each month.
A Rejected status is a commission that has been rejected for some reason. Members that signed up through your code may have a payment that didn’t go through, or your friend has canceled their account and the commission will not be paid out due to that cancellation.

How do I update my payment information? – To adjust your PayPal email go to the “Settings” tab in your Referral Area Dashboard. Please note we can not reimburse for any payments made to a different PayPal email than the one in your Settings at the time of payment.
