As of 6:30 AM 5/1/21 this issue has been resolved. Please let us know if you have any issues.

We are aware of a current issue affecting uploading images to the LP Catalog. This is affecting uploading to LP and importing products to LP as well.

Crossposting from LP and between platforms remains operational while we update and provide a fix.

UPDATE: FIXED – Images Not Crossposting

Update:

We were previously experiencing an issue with images crossposting with List Perfectly. The problem has now been fixed. If you continue to have any issues please contact us.

We are currently investigating an interruption to images crossposting with List Perfectly. We will provide an update ASAP.

Depop Update – Images Not Uploading

 

UPDATE: Images are not successfully uploading directly to Depop and during the crosspost.

 

Images are currently not uploading to Depop’s desktop version when crossposting or uploading directly to Depop. We will continue to monitor and update ASAP.

Server Maintenance 2/26/21 9 PM PST

Friday 2/26/21 starting at 9pm PST / 12AM EST we will be having  Server maintenance. This is expected to last until 3am PST on Saturday or 6am EST (Saturday), but as always we will try to complete everything as quickly as we can to minimize downtime.

💡 Reminder: Update Browsers

List Perfectly works best with the most up-to-date Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browser versions. Both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge have recently been updated.

Below are instructions on how to make sure you have the latest update.

Google Chrome

  • Select the three dots at the top right
  • Choose “Help” > “About Google Chrome”
  • An update message will display in the middle of your screen

Microsoft Edge

  • Select the three dots at the top right
  • Choose “Help & Feedback” > “About Microsoft Edge”
  • An update message will display in the middle of your screen

Troubleshooting – Nothing Crossposting From eBay

If it appears that nothing is crossposting from eBay or during the crosspost it appears that the process stops when opening an eBay tab please confirm if your listing on eBay has been created with eBay’s “new listing tool”. Below is a screenshot of what that listing page may look like when editing your product. At this time List Perfectly does not support this new layout. You can switch to the  “original listing tool” by selecting the option at the top right of your listing form.

*Update 2/12 Scheduled server maintenance has completed. In addition to tune-ups, we have added some new requested features. See more below:

  • New customization – Display measurements in inches, centimeters, or both vs previously always displaying both inches and centimeters when adding data to the “measurements” field. – Pro Plan 
    • “Yes” selection will display both measurements
