New beta released with lots of marketplace fixes, as well as a brand new feature that allows faster cross posting and marking listings as Sold directly from LP view my listings page, see screenshots below. You can get the beta by clicking here or by clicking “Help & News” in the top menu, then select “Software versions & Beta.”
If you are a Business or Pro subscriber, you’ll now have check boxes where you have access to bulk features. You can check the box and buttons will appear if you’d like to either mark your listings as Sold, or bulk cross post to marketplaces. Here’s what it looks like now, even more features will be coming soon: 
If you are a Simple Subscriber, you will now see cross posting buttons that are consistent with how they are on marketplaces as well:
In addition, we’ve also removed the double button display on marketplaces and replaced with a single button. If your listing has already been copied to LP, it will also show Copied in the status.
Tonight, 2/29/20 List Perfectly will be down for Maintenance from 7pm Pacific time (or 10pm Eastern time). This will be a major update to List Perfectly, and may take several hours.
We have a lot of improvements coming with this update that will make List Perfectly even easier to use:
Image uploader simplification. We will no longer need you to upload your main image separately from your additional images, instead there will be one easy upload button

LP only automatically auto-updates the Google Chrome software running in your browser only on rare occasions because we want to ensure your workflow is never interrupted. Further, we’ve found issues even when we do auto-update, because the process is controlled by Google and on occasion may never reach your computer. We’re constantly making changes and adding new features and fixes that may work a bit differently with each update, and we’ve found it best practice to allow you to upgrade your software when the time is right for you.
In fact, updates are not necessary if the software is working for you. But if you want to take advantage of new marketplaces we’ve launched or if the LP software isn’t working well for you, we recommend updating.
Our current version at this time is 0.9.9.2. If your software version is anything older than this, we recommend updating. For instructions on how to check your current version click here.
To update your software, please click “Help & News” in the top menu, then select “Software Versions & Beta” or click here. On this page you’ll see all our current versions, previous versions and Beta versions that include our latest releases. Instructions can also be found on that page. You are free to upgrade/downgrade to any version that best fits your workflow.
This morning we updated our code on the Create or Edit a Listing page.
A few things were done. We had to re-code the “Additional Images” uploader to fix a bug we had with ordering images when they first upload to LP.
As part of this fix, we also added support for drag and drop to the “Additional Images” button, and support for internet connections which may not be as fast or stable, so if the image upload fails you’ll now see a “Retry” button that you can click.
We also prepped the page to add additional measurement fields for Pro users, coming soon we will be able to offer up to 16 measurement fields that auto-convert from in to cm for your international buyers.

We’ve been waiting a very long time for our newest beta to be released (was pending in Google for weeks) but now we’re happy to report it’s available for testing!
Included in Version 0.9.9.2 are a lot of updates and fixes you need, so we recommend installing it as soon as possible.

We fixed a bug that was not clicking the marketplace buttons automatically for you as shown in the screenshot below
Now, when you import or export listings we will automatically click the marketplace buttons so you don’t have to. Your listing links on LP will show in your listings view and will work to take you directly to the listing:
As a result of this fix the “Sold” button may also work better, but we need your feedback on this before we can say for sure. If you have any issues let us know
Starting on Friday 11/22 Mercari has been changing their listings page daily which made the LP Copy buttons on Mercari not show, or cause issues with Mercari screens freezing up.
We’ve been adding new betas all week doing our best to keep up, but it seemed like daily Mercari would make a new change that affected our fix. This new version hopefully will be the last for a bit of time, if you’re having Mercari issues please try installing this new version 0.9.9.4
If it doesn’t work for you, please let us know and try switching back to the current version 0.9.5.2.

One of the most frequently requested features was to have item specifics displayed on the View page, so we’ve made an update for this. You can now view both your description and details side by side.
We’ve also added the marketplace item numbers right on the View page, so rather than clicking Edit to check if they’ve been added just refresh the view page instead. Below is a partial view of the item specifics so you can see how they now show:

We are currently experiencing a bug that is causing photos to get placed out of order when they are being added. We have noticed an issue when creating a listing in List Perfectly and also when cross posting from a marketplace to List Perfectly.
We notice that the photos are getting out of order on List Perfectly, but that the order will remain intact going to different marketplaces.
In the mean time we have had success with a few different workarounds to band-aid the issue for the time being to get the order correct in List Perfectly. Please see below.
1 – One workaround is to go ahead and save your listing with the photos in the incorrect order, go back to edit your listing, re-arrange the photo order, then save / update the listing. Doing this re-arrange has been working to preserve the order.
2 -Another possible workaround to preserve your photo order is to add photos one at a time. After numerous tests we are noticing that pictures being added in a large group at a time may be causing an issue. Adding pictures one at a time has been working to keep the photos in order.

Overnight we pushed an automatic extension update that requires logging in to enable. This version includes important updates as well as our newest integration for Relovv. The video below shows the proper way to login to the extension so everything works as it should.

In the extension dropdown click Login, then proceed to login to LP site (even if you’re already logged in).
Once logged in, refresh all of your open marketplace tabs and windows.
If you have any issues, please remove and re-install your extension as the update may not have been properly updated in your system.
Everyone should now be using version 0.9.5.2 of the List Perfectly extension.

Google chrome released an important update today that fixes a vulnerability in the browser (not the LP extension but the browser itself).
We are strongly recommending everyone follow these steps to update Google Chrome browser to the current version 78.0.3904.87
In the next page check that your version is at least 78.0.3904.87, if not see if there is an option you can select to check for updates and then re-launch your browser. Screenshot below:

Here are just some of the updates that were made:
If the extension is recently installed or updated and it doesn’t detect you are logged into LP, you’ll see Login on both the extension and where the Copy to ListPerfectly buttons should be. Simply log out of List Perfectly, log back in and refresh your pages.
Now you’ll see a button on each of your listings that says “Copy to…”
Click it and select where you want to copy to, without importing into List Perfectly first. Great for anyone not using List Perfectly’s catalog services to keep track of where listings have been posted and for using the Sold button when they end.
Prior to this we only supported copying from ebay and Poshmark. You can now copy listings to/from all 5 channels we offer including Mercari and Etsy.
The video above shows categories selected automatically, however this has been fixed. Once you select your category on Tradesy, the rest of the listing details will start to be added. Wait for photos to upload, then you will see all details of your item added.
Note we are making images imported from Mercari or Poshmark at least the size Tradesy requires, so if your images don’t look crisp or clear you’ll want to consider uploading them to List Perfectly first and then cross posting from our site

We’re working hard daily to deliver improvements you’ve been asking for. Today’s beta release is really important because it addresses some issues people were having as well as adds some highly requested features.

What’s new:
We had a bug where limits were not being placed on the catalog for the subscription purchased. So rather than surprising those over the limit with a bill at the end of the month, we implemented a fix so catalogs can no longer go over the limit.
To avoid service interruption either delete listings you do not want to keep on LP or upgrade your subscription. Note, there’s no need to upgrade if you’re below your catalog limits.

How to delete your listings faster: Hold down Control key (PC) or Option key (Mac) while clicking Delete to delete listings faster.
How to upgrade your catalog: Go to “Account” then “Subscription”. Your current subscription will be displayed. Click “Change Plan” and select the option that works for the number of items you have in your catalog as shown.

Mercari changed their listing form resulting in a grayed out List button after copying a product from LP. As a result we’ve been working for 2 days to make updates so that Mercari continued to work. We had a few unintentional outages in the process lasting for around 5 minutes each between Friday and Saturday.
An update has been completed on our platform as well as a new updated beta version of the extension that fixes the grayed out List button on Mercari.
It also includes a very basic integration for Tradesy which is still untested and in development. For example, you need to be sure to change the category (we’re automatically selecting dresses, so you’ll need to update this) before submitting your item.

***UPDATE 9/19: Mercari is switching when the old and new listing form is displayed randomly, so we have been working on a fix so that the Beta extension will automatically work for either form. The update should be available by tomorrow afternoon 9/20/19.
We’re doing additional maintenance tonight, Monday September 16th from 9pm-6am PST.
We’re starting 2 hours earlier than originally scheduled so we can have enough time to get everything done and get back online as quickly as possible. The site may go up and down without warning during this time period so be prepared!
