Pro Plan Guide Released & Global Description Footers Added To Current Version

New Pro Plan guide has now been released for an in-depth guide into all things Pro Plan related.

This guide has been developed to provide more information on;

You can access the new plan here, or select the menu option from the Main Menu.

*NEW* Global description footer settings have been added to the Current version 0.14.7.14.

A frequent problem sellers have when crossposting from one marketplace to another is shop policies added to the bottom of the description can cause issues. For example, if the description on ebay includes “I accept Paypal” and this listing is crossposted to Mercari with that same description, the Mercari listing could be removed and the seller’s account may be at risk.  Crossposting directly from List Perfectly using these shop policies instead eliminates this risk.

Pro Plan subscribers now have access to this newly released feature. To set up, install the current version and:

  • Access the footer settings by visiting Account > My account > settings
  • Add custom footer for each specific marketplace
  • Information added here will be added to the bottom of your description during the crosspost from List Perfectly

  • Copied Status restored for active listings that are in your List Perfectly catalog. New extension is available to turn this option on and off. See more here.
  • New bulk End Listing process released!  Our new End Listing feature can be used individually or for Business and Pro plan members in bulk. When you use the End Listing button, listings will not be marked as sold and the marketplace status where they’ve been ended will be removed on LP so you can re-list them again.
  • Mark Sold in popup change: In order to release our new End Listing feature, we had to change the configuration a bit and added a “Set Sold” checkmark that will select all marketplaces prior to clicking Mark Sold. Based on feedback we’ve also reversed our old process and now all selected marketplaces will be ended, unselected are now ignored.  Just uncheck any marketplace you do not wish to end your listing on.
  • LP Adds and Fixes:
  • — Due to recent marketplace changes we’ve reconfigured how our marketplace buttons load. Now marketplace buttons should load even faster for you.
  • — Additional extension settings have also been added giving you more control over your LP experience.  A help bubble is next to each setting and clicking it will take you to our help docs where you can learn more about the settings
  • — An alert has been added if more than one List Perfectly extension is installed

**Important note for Beta users**

Beta versions are available prior to general release so you can get first access to our latest software, and most importantly help us discover unknown issues and bugs. If you find any please let us know about them.

Beta versions will be updated regularly and frequently.  If you see messages to login, either click the extension and use the “Login” button then refresh your ebay/Poshmark/etc screens to show the buttons again, or Logout on LP site, log back in and refresh.

How to install a new version

  • Remove any version you currently have installed
  • Select the version you would like to install from above
  • You will be directed to the Chrome Web Store. Select “Add to Chrome”
  • Click the new extension icon > select “Login” > refresh any marketplaces you may have open

How to remove versions

  • Right click the extension icon and choose “Remove from Chrome”
  • Another way is to select the 3 dots in the top right > more tools > extensions > then remove any previous versions

How to check what version you have installed

  • Right click the extension icon > select “manage extensions”
  • Another way is to select the 3 dots in the top right > more tools > extensions > then check version number there
