Update: Addition to Main Catalog View

After some recent updates you may notice a new “Customize” dropdown option shown towards the top right of your main catalog listing view. Users now will have control to customize their “alert” view. Select “Show issues” to enable the alerts. You can see in the screenshot below the alert icon next to a status we have on the listing. At any time you can de-select “Show issues” to hide alerts and your preference will be saved.

Please note that on this first release only one alert will be seen. The first included alert will be for listings with a platform status checked, but no ID is saved to the listing for that platform. Read more here. More alerts and tools coming soon!

As we look back on 2021, we couldn’t be more grateful that you’ve chosen List Perfectly for your reseller business needs. This is a responsibility that we take very seriously and work hard every day to ensure it meets or exceeds your expectations. Inspired from you and your feature requests, we’ve released several new features to help in your growth, and will continue to do so in the coming year. If there’s anything we can add that would help your business please let us know.

In this past year our community has grown significantly; we’ve watched as many of our members have transitioned from new to part time, and part time to full time. When full time seller Liz told us she and Doug wanted to start a podcast, we were thrilled to offer them our full support so they could bring you valuable content, reseller insight and news weekly to help in your growth. We’ve got big plans for the podcast, so stay tuned!

Office Hours hosted by Theresa was also launched, and will continue in the coming year. Join us with your questions and learn how to most effectively use List Perfectly for your business.

12/29 Updates & New Release

The LP Team is excited to release some new updates and new releases. Please see below for the update affecting ALL members and the new release for Business and Pro Plan members.

For optimal performance, clear your cache after these updates. 

  • Google Chrome – Select the 3 dots at the top right →  choose more tools →  clear browsing data → clear “Cached images and files” only for all time.
  • Microsoft Edge – Select the 3 dots at the top right →  choose History → choose the 3 dots →    clear browsing data →  clear “Cached images and files” only for all time.

 

Platform status column update: 

The platform status column in your LP catalog displays where listings are currently active. After today’s update, you may notice that some platforms are in black text while others are blue hyperlinks.

  • Black text = Platform has been selected in your LP Listing “inventory and sales” section, but no ID is saved to the correlating ID field.
  • Blue hyperlink = Platform has been selected in your LP Listing “inventory and sales” section, and an ID is saved to the correlating ID field.

 

 

*New Release* Add custom marketplaces for inventory management (Business and Pro Plan only)

Now once listings have been saved to your LP catalog you can then add custom marketplaces to use for inventory management. Add custom marketplaces, websites or even local selling options like consignment shops that are not currently supported by LP for inventory tracking purposes. Once a marketplace addition has been added you can then link to the listing by copying the full URL to the item ID field.

Custom marketplace additions will be added to your platform status column and will have a special “star” symbol to denote the custom addition. Please note that LP’s inventory management features like “End listing” and “mark SOLD” cannot be used on custom marketplace additions.

The List Perfectly team is excited to share multiple updates this week! Members on ALL plans with LP will notice multiple changes and updates. Please see the recap below for what has recently been released and updated.

  1. New Extensions Notifications Released –
    • At times we may send notification messages for announcements. While these can be seen when logged into the LP site, this update will allow you to receive notifications right to your extension.
    • We recommend to “pin” the LP Extension to your extension toolbar so you do not miss anything! Click the puzzle icon on Chrome →  choose the thumbtack icon next to LP to pin it.

 

  1. Re-copy Feature Added to Simple Plan 
    • Simple Plan members now have access to the “Re-copy” feature when crossposting. Re-copy allows you to simply restart (re-copy) the crosspost. This is very useful if you make an accidental change and need to restart the crosspost. Simply click “Re-copy” and you will be able to restart the crosspost in that existing tab. Click for Guide
  2. Updated Styling & Improved Mobile Responsiveness
    • New and updated styling applied to the Catalog listing view’s quick click options.
    • Updated styling applied to Edit, Template and Duplicate icons.

  3. Quantity (QTY) Added To Catalog View – (Business and Pro Plan)
    • Quantity column has been added to the main Catalog view. All listings with a saved value to the QTY field will be displayed in the new QTY column.
  4. “Total Sold Price” Relocated
      • The “Total Sold Price” field has been relocated to be the first field. This change is to optimize the inputting of sales data while listing and ending listings.

Current Issue: Unable to Save Images

Update: Services are restored. Uploading and saving images to LP listings is working as expected. 

We are currently investigating an issue where images cannot be saved or uploaded to LP listings. This is a result of a widespread issue affecting large parts of the internet. We are monitoring the situation and will provide an update ASAP.

We recommend not attempting to save or upload images at this time. If you do, please do not refresh the tab while “Image loading…” is shown. Doing so could result in the loss of images.

Pro Plan members receive 1500 background removals per month. You can upgrade to a Pro Plan subscription at any time to utilize this feature and so much more. All upgrades and account changes are prorated and can be completed at any point during your billing cycle.

Upgrade Instructions

  • Go to “My Account”
    • Main Menu: “My Account”
    • Top Nav Menu: “My Account”
  • Select “Change Plan” on the right hand side.
  • You will be directed to the change plan menu, select the new plan.
  • Checkout
    • After you select the new plan, you will be redirected to a checkout page.
    • Fill out all of the remaining information. You may use a Referral or Coupon Code for your upgrade.

Experimental Version 1.14.20.93 Available

An experimental version of List Perfectly is now available for install. This version includes some fixes for a current issue where specific details are not copying to or from Mercari which is causing an interruption to the crosspost and status updates as well.

This version can be manually installed by following the steps here.

Please note that you should only install this version if you need a fix for crossposting to Mercari immediately. Official beta version release will be coming soon pending Google review.
