Having the correct item ID tied to your listing is critical to ending listings, marking sold, and overall managing your inventory.
Lately we’ve been seeing a rise in tickets related to not using best practices when using the LP Catalog. Nearly every case that our support team troubleshoots is due to delisting and relisting using some other method besides LP and not updating the new IDs in LP. Note that:
If you are relisting using any other method besides LP and not updating the LP Catalog with the new item IDs, we can’t keep track of listings, end them or mark them sold.
This can happen if you relist directly on the marketplace, or some other method and do not update your listing in the LP catalog with the new ID that’s been assigned from the marketplace.
