Shopify | No Confirmation Message Received when Ending Listings on Shopify Shopify has made some recent updates on their end and it is currently causing an interruption with the confirmation message being received when ending listings and is also interrupting the extension from being able to update the platform status column in LP. Listings continue to be removed from the Shopify platform when ending listings. | As a temporary workaround, please update the platform status column in your catalog by removing the Shopify platform from the linked marketplaces (this only applies if you have ended your listing on Shopify and still see the Shopify icon under the platform status column). At this time while there is a current interruption during the import we recommend to add the quantity manually to the LP listing. During the import you can also utilize the "Do not automatically save" feature in the extension settings by choosing the LP extension icon → choose settings → and enable the top setting to not automatically save your listing during the import so you can update the quantity right then. | Fixed | August 18, 2023 | |
Shopify | Shipping weight not importing correctly to List Perfectly If you create a listing in Shopify and you set the weight to ounces, it will import ounces as pounds in your List Perfectly catalog.

The current workaround is to set your weight to pounds in Shopify even if the weight is below 1 pound. This conversion in the List Perfectly catalog works as expected. Our development team is aware of this issue and will provide an update as soon as possible.

Shopify | Vendor/Brand not Copying Correctly We have noticed after some recent updates from Shopify that the vendor or brand field is at times copying into the price field. | A current workaround for this issue is to click the "Re-Copy" button and choose "Text Only" this will copy your price into the price field, but we have noticed that vendor/brand field is not updated upon clicking "Re-Copy".
