Crossposting and no details copying

We have identified an issue when crossposting from the new catalog (my.listperfectly.com) with the Simple, that is causing an interruption with the details crossposting to any marketplace.

As a temporary workaround, please crosspost your listings from https://app.listperfectly.com until a fix for this has been released.

Additionally, you can switch to the grid view by clicking the grid or 9 square icon in the top right corner of the new catalog.

Our team is aware of this issue and working on a fix for this. The development team will provide an update for this as soon as possible.

"Actions" not working properly on mobile 

When accessing my.listperfectly.com from your mobile device, the "Actions" buttons do not respond.

 

As a workaround, we recommend performing your "Actions" from a desktop or laptop as a temporary solution.

New Catalog search issue – There is a known issue that results some searches not showing the results. If you notice an issue, return to the “All” tab and refresh your screen to reset the catalog and results.

Using the Link Tool to update a SOLD listing

There is an interruption when trying to use the link tool to update a listing that has a SOLD status in your LP catalog.

As a workaround, you can manually remove the SOLD status from your listing and link your item to your LP catalog.

Action buttons on add or edit listing page view is off or does not display right. 

We just recently made some improvements to the save and action buttons on the add or edit listing page. If the display looks off, please clear your browser cache.

  • Choose 3 dots at top right of Chrome and choose "more tools" →  "clear browsing data"
  • Select to clear cache ONLY for ALL TiME
  • Return to the add or edit listing screen and hold
    "SHIFT" and refresh the browser

We have received multiple reports indicating that there is an issue with saving images to new listings in the LP catalog.

Please attempt to upload or import your images on another browser, Microsoft Edge.

Slow loading time in your List Perfectly catalog.

When applying a "Not" filter in your LP catalog, users may be experiencing longer than usual load times.

If you currently use Tradesy and have opted into the Vestiaire VIP plan, moved your listing to Vestiaire and logged into Vestiaire, crossposting to Tradesy, marking listings SOLD and ending listings on Tradesy will no longer be supported.

For continued support for Tradesy, we recommend not switching your listings to Vestiaire until November 9, 2022, when Tradesy will no longer support the addition of new listings.

Loading Images and Removing Background Currently Interrupted

We are actively investigating an issue where not all images are saving once uploaded to LP listings and error messages are being shown when attempting to remove backgrounds.

This issue has been resolved. All uploading is fully restored and no error messages should be received when removing backgrounds.

MP Data Column in Main Catalog View 

If you notice in the main catalog view an additional column of details we recommend to do a hard refresh or if necessary, clear your cache.

1. Hard Refresh: Hold shift (on keyboard) and then click the refresh button.
2. Clear Cache (if necessary):
  • Click the 3 vertical dots in the upper right hand corner of your browser
  • Choose “More Tools”
  • Choose “Clear Browsing Data...”
  • Clear cache for ALL TIME

3. Refresh the screen on the main catalog view once you have cleared your cache.
