Images not Copying when Importing from eBay

eBay has made some recent changes to their image manager that has caused an interruption with images not copying to List Perfectly, at times.

Our development team is aware of this and will provide an update for this issue as soon as possible.

Condition not Copying to eBay

eBay has made some changes to the condition box on certain categories that is causing an interruption with the condition being set automatically.

As a temporary workaround, please select your condition and then proceed forward with reviewing your listing before publishing.

Crossposting to eBay and Stuck on "Start your listing" Page

eBay has made some recent updates that is causing the crosspost to stop on the "Start your listing" page.

Fixed in beta version

As a temporary workaround to continue with the crosspost, simply click the blue search button. Your listing details and images should now copy into the listing form on eBay so you can review and publish your listing(s).

Our development team is aware of this issue and are working on a fix for this as we speak.

Ending Listings on eBay 

When ending a listing on eBay and no confirmation is received, going in and manually ending the listing is not an option.

Please review all listing tabs when ending on eBay to confirm each listing has been ended.

Our development team is aware of this and is working diligently on a fic for this issue. They will provide an update as soon as possible.

Specific eBay listings not linking to List Perfectly catalog

Recent updates to the eBay listings flow has caused an issue linking some published listing to the List Perfectly catalog.  The items that appear to have an issue are listings that require eBay authentication.

Fixed in Beta Version. 

Our development team is working on a fix for this and an update will be released ASAP.

Images not crossposting to eBay from your LP catalog

eBay has made a wholesale change to their image manager that is causing an issue when crossposting images for some users.

Fixed in Beta Version.

Crossposting to eBay and the description is not setting.

eBay has made some updates to their listing form that has caused an issue with the description not always being able to be seen by eBay. When this issue occurs, a message will appear above the description box indicating that details need to be added to the description field, despite the description being copied into the listing form by List Perfectly. Attached is a screenshot showing the message eBay displays when it can not detect that a description has been added to the description box.

Fixed in beta version

If this occurs, please simply click into the description and then click out of the description. This will remove the error message from above the description box and you should be able to publish your listing without any errors being received.

Crossposting/importing from eBay is currently interrupted

eBay is making changes to their listing form for select accounts that is causing an interruption when importing/crossposting from eBay.

Fixed in Beta Version 0.14.27.8

Specific Listing Details not Copying to eBay

After some recent updates from eBay, we have noticed that some specific listing details are not copying to eBay correctly, such as brand, size and color.

We have also noticed that at times, the description field is not being recognized by eBay. If this occurs, you will see a message above the description field indicating that details need to be added to the description field.

Crossposting to eBay and having an issue with your images crossposting?

Navigate to your List Perfectly extensions and open the eBay tab.  Enable the "Alternate Image Upload" setting and resume crossposting.
