The List Perfectly team is excited to share multiple updates this week! Members on ALL plans with LP will notice multiple changes and updates. Please see the recap below for what has recently been released and updated.

  1. New Extensions Notifications Released –
    • At times we may send notification messages for announcements. While these can be seen when logged into the LP site, this update will allow you to receive notifications right to your extension.
    • We recommend to “pin” the LP Extension to your extension toolbar so you do not miss anything! Click the puzzle icon on Chrome →  choose the thumbtack icon next to LP to pin it.

 

  1. Re-copy Feature Added to Simple Plan 
    • Simple Plan members now have access to the “Re-copy” feature when crossposting. Re-copy allows you to simply restart (re-copy) the crosspost. This is very useful if you make an accidental change and need to restart the crosspost. Simply click “Re-copy” and you will be able to restart the crosspost in that existing tab. Click for Guide
  2. Updated Styling & Improved Mobile Responsiveness
    • New and updated styling applied to the Catalog listing view’s quick click options.
    • Updated styling applied to Edit, Template and Duplicate icons.
    • Improved mobile responsiveness for Catalog listing view’s quick click options
  3. Quantity (QTY) Added To Catalog View – (Business and Pro Plan)
    • Quantity column has been added to the main Catalog view. All listings with a saved value to the QTY field will be displayed in the new QTY column.
  4. “Total Sold Price” Relocated
      • The “Total Sold Price” field has been relocated to be the first field. This change is to optimize the inputting of sales data while listing and ending listings.

Limited Time Trial: Background Removal Tool

For Simple and Business plan members, enjoy a limited time trial access period to the Pro Plan background removal tool. Use this tool on any images saved to your LP listing to remove backgrounds and create professional looking photos. Trial period ends 12/31/21 11:59 PM PST

Pro Plan members receive 1500 background removals per month. You can upgrade to a Pro Plan subscription at any time to utilize this feature and so much more. All upgrades and account changes are prorated and can be completed at any point during your billing cycle.

Upgrade Instructions

  • Go to “My Account”
    • Main Menu: “My Account”
    • Top Nav Menu: “My Account”
  • Select “Change Plan” on the right hand side.
  • You will be directed to the change plan menu, select the new plan.
  • Checkout
    • After you select the new plan, you will be redirected to a checkout page.
    • Fill out all of the remaining information. You may use a Referral or Coupon Code for your upgrade.

List Perfectly Updates – 9/28

We have completed some updates during the overnight hours on 9/28/21. Please see below for details on the updates.

 

  1. “Show All Titles” Update  – When selecting “Show All Titles” on the List Perfectly listing your titles will now automatically be clipped off at the correct character limit and there will no longer be any need to hover over each field to “activate” the change. Any changes in the main title field will dynamically update each title field in real time.

  2. Updated Analytics Product View – New updates are now in place to make the first two columns (Main image and Title) sticky and remain in place when scrolling from the left to right. When utilizing “inline edit” to make quick edits within the Analytics section you will now notice the columns remaining in place for easier reference to which line / listing you are applying edits to.

Size.ly Integration

Copy any saved template on Size.ly right to your LP listing.

  1.  Have a new LP listing or edit tab open.
  2. Select Size.ly from the LP listing or go directly to your saved Size.ly template.
  3. Select “Export to List Perfectly”.
  4. The saved template will be copied to your LP listing as a new image and saved to your LP Product.

🎉 ANNOUNCEMENT: Unlimited Catalog Limits

As of 1/26/21 List Perfectly has lifted all catalog limits and all subscribers can save an UNLIMITED amount of products to their List Perfectly catalog! Crossposting continues to be completely unlimited as well!

If you are currently subscribed with a catalog upgrade add-on, please follow these steps below to downgrade your subscription to take advantage of the update.

  1. Select  “Account” > “My Account” from the top menu
  2. Select “Subscriptions”
  3. Select “Change Plan” at the far right
  4. Choose the new plan from the dropdown menu
  5. Complete the registration at the checkout page

Pro Plan Guide Released & Global Description Footers Added To Current Version

New Pro Plan guide has now been released for an in-depth guide into all things Pro Plan related.

You can access the new plan here, or select the menu option from the Main Menu.

*NEW* Global description footer settings have been added to the Current version 0.14.7.14.

A frequent problem sellers have when crossposting from one marketplace to another is shop policies added to the bottom of the description can cause issues. For example, if the description on ebay includes “I accept Paypal” and this listing is crossposted to Mercari with that same description, the Mercari listing could be removed and the seller’s account may be at risk.  Crossposting directly from List Perfectly using these shop policies instead eliminates this risk.

Pro Plan subscribers now have access to this newly released feature. To set up, install the current version and:

  • Access the footer settings by visiting Account > My account > settings
  • Add custom footer for each specific marketplace
  • Information added here will be added to the bottom of your description during the crosspost from List Perfectly
