1 Confirm you have List Perfectly extension installed and enabled.
2 If you have LP installed, but still do not see the crossposting icons, confirm you have "show copy buttons" enabled.
This is due to a recent Google Chrome update that requires extensions to be pinned to the top bar.
If you see the puzzle piece in the top bar, click it, then you'll see the List Perfectly extension with a pin next to it. Click that to Pin, then click on the extension icon and login. You should now see the crossposting buttons again.
If you do not see the List Perfectly extension, re-add it by clicking here.

Great news, there is no need to link your marketplace or platform accounts to use List Perfectly! LP never asks for account names or login information.

When marking “SOLD” or using “End Listing” to delist linked active listings from your LP Catalog (on any supported marketplace or platform), the expected behavior is for the linked active listing to open in a new tab. The listing should then be ended. The tab should remain open allowing you to see the confirmation message, confirming the listing has successfully ended.
1 Please confirm that the listing you are attempting to mark “SOLD” or “End Listing” has an active listing linked to it, by clicking the platform status link from the main catalog. This link should direct you to the active listing on the marketplace.

Receiving an error message like shown below when Marking SOLD or End listing from LP is an indication that the listing that is linked to your LP listing is no longer an active listing. Please note that this sample screenshot shows an error on Poshmark, but similar pages can be seen on all supported platforms.
Verify that the item number stored in your LP listing for the specific platform matches the item number for your active listing on the platform.
If the listing is no longer linked, you can link by adding the active listing item number to your LP Listing.
Due to Depop’s own features, Using End Listing on Depop will completely delete the listing with no record of it. Depop allows you to view sales information in their “Receipts” section.
To avoid removing listings from Depop we recommend "ignoring" Depop when Marking SOLD or End listing by simply not selecting Depop when completing these functions from the LP Catalog.
Depending on when the last time you have ended listings on eBay you may be prompted to login when you are attempting to Mark SOLD or End listings on eBay. This will cause an interruption to process from your LP Catalog.
In the case that you are prompted to login, proceed to login to eBay → return to your LP Catalog and Mark SOLD or End listing again for that same product.
If you login and manually end the listing, the status will not update on your LP Catalog. You can manually update by editing your LP listing and deselected eBay in "Inventory and Sales".
Poshmark's default behavior does not allow for active listings on Poshmark to be ended while active offers are on the listing.
To Mark SOLD or End listing on a linked Poshmark listing please clear any active offers.
By default when utilizing the Mark SOLD or End listing features from LP on listings that are linked to Poshmark the listing will be removed completely from your closet.
Enable the set "not for sale" on Poshmark extension setting to mark your listings as "not for sale" in your Poshmark closet vs. completely removing the listing from your closet.

Linking Item Numbers
When crossposting from your LP Catalog to any supported marketplace or platform the expected behavior is for the new active listing to be linked to your LP Catalog once the listing has been published. If you are experiencing an issue where the status is not updating, lets confirm a few things together.
1 Please confirm that you are allowing the listing to successfully publish to the desired marketplace before refreshing your LP catalog. You should see a success message if it has been published and the ID was successfully gathered.
Review this video solution or the text / screenshot solution below.
The "copied" status will display on your active listings for all supported platforms when the specific listing is linked to your LP Catalog.

If you are experiencing an issue where your images are not crossposting to other marketplaces or platforms please try the following:
1. Confirm if you are receiving a notification during the crosspost on the new listing tab "List Perfectly is loading images".
2. If crossposting from your LP catalog, confirm that your LP listing does not have any broken images saved to your listing. If so, please remove them and attempt the crosspost again.
3. As a test, please attempt to crosspost a listing with only one image to confirm if one image is loading properly. If so, this can be an indication of an internet slow down preventing all of the images from copying.
If problems persist, let us know which marketplaces are affected and complete all browser optimization and remove / install steps.
If you are experiencing an issue importing images to your LP catalog please click next below, select the marketplaces you are Crossposting From, and in Crossposting To select List Perfectly to view solutions
The details that copy during the crosspost are dependent on the LP plan you are subscribed to. Below is a breakdown of these details per plan level. If you are having an issue with details not copying at your plan level, proceed to additional troubleshooting steps. If the problem persists, please let our team know a specific listing with as much details as possible about the issue for a quick resolution.
Simple - Title, Images, Description, Price
Business - Title, Images, Description, Price, Brand, Color, Size, Quantity, Keywords and Tags, MSRP, UPC, SKU
Pro - Title, Images, Description, Price, Brand, Color, Size, Quantity, Keywords and Tags, MSRP, UPC, SKU, Condition, Shipping Weight, Shipping Dimensions
If all of your details are being copied during the crosspost, but you are receiving an error message directly from the marketplace when trying to submit or publish the listing, please try the following:
At times marketplaces may have a temporary technical or account specific issue which is preventing the new listing from being published.
When crossposting in bulk or one at a time the expected result is for a new tab to opened for the selected listing(s) → the details gathered → the crosspost continues to the next listing.
This is a continuous process. While this is taking place there should always be some sort of activity on the display taking place like described in the steps above.
If you are crossposting and all you see on your display is the "Processing" screen with absolutely no other activity like other tabs opening, new listings generating, etc., there is a chance the crosspost was interrupted.
In this case simply click in the gray area to return to your active listings → refresh your screen → restart the crosspost.
While crossposting in bulk is completely limitless, performance is dependent on each user's device setup, bandwidth capabilities, and more. We recommend finding a bulk crossposting number that works best with your current setup.
Crossposting Guide
List Perfectly will work with whichever account or shop you are logged into at the time of crossposting! LP never requires you to connect specific shops.
You can crosspost to / from one shop, then simply login to another and begin crossposting there!
For example: Crossposting directly from one shop to another is done by crossposting from eBay shop 1 → LP Catalog → eBay shop 2.
If you notice that only the "short description" details are copying from LP when you have added information to the full Pro description builder, please review below.
Pro Plan members can customize their LP listing to display in "Normal Listing" or a "Shorten Listing" format.
Set your description builder setting by editing your LP Listing → Choose "Customizations"
Please note that by default, listings crossposted from other marketplaces or platforms will default to the "Shorten Listing" format.

Please contact Facebook Marketplace for additional information on their review process or if you have a specific question about a specific listing under review.

Mercari requires that a credit card be added to your Mercari account prior to adding listings to your Mercari shop.
Visit your Mercari app or on desktop to complete the registration process.
During the crosspost it is required that the new listing category is selected on Poshmark before accessing all listing form options. If it appears that the some details are copying, but not all, make a category selection on the listing form for the rest of the details to copy to the new listing.
