    • Let's begin! Please confirm List Perfectly Software is installed.

      Confirm you have the List Perfectly extension icon at the top right of your browser and visit your active listings on marketplaces to view the crossposting icons.

  • Adding listings to your LP catalog

    Crosspost unlimited listings from your LP Catalog to marketplaces, and use features like Inventory Management, Delist (End Listing) / Relist, Mark SOLD, and Image Management up to 30 images per listing!


    • Select “Add Listing” from Main Menu or “Listings” from Top Menu
    • Fill out the “Add Listing” form - very similar to listing an item on a marketplace - with details like title, description, and more.
    • Save your listing to officially add it to your LP Catalog.
    • You can also Import Listings from existing marketplaces to your LP Catalog if you prefer to Import vs. Add.

  • Import Listings to your LP catalog

    • Go to the marketplace with the listings you want to Import to your LP Catalog.
    • Click the crossposting icon on the listing you want to import.
    • Choose “List Perfectly” and “Copy” to import the listing to your LP Catalog. Then click save on each listing.
  • Import Listings to your LP catalog

    Import unlimited listings from platforms to your LP Catalog, to use features like Inventory Management, Delist (End Listing) / Relist, Mark SOLD, Unlimited Analytics and CVS Downloads, Image Management up to 30 images per listing, and more!


    • Go to the platform with the listings you want to Import to your LP Catalog.
    • Click “Start Selecting” to select the listing(s) from the marketplace, then click “Stop.”
    • Choose “List Perfectly” and “Copy” to import the listing(s) to your LP Catalog. Then click save on each listing.
  • 4 Crossposting to Marketplaces

  • Crossposting to Marketplaces

    There are 2 ways to crosspost with List Perfectly. Your plan includes unlimited crossposting, listings, and listings for $0 Extra.

    (1) Crosspost from your LP Catalog to Marketplaces - required to use features like Inventory Management, Delist (End Listing) / Relist, Mark SOLD, Image Management up to 30 images per listing, and more!

    OR

    (2) Crosspost directly from Marketplace to Marketplace(s) - exclusive to List Perfectly!

  • Crossposting to Platforms

    There are 2 ways to crosspost with List Perfectly. Your plan includes unlimited crossposting, listings, and listings for $0 Extra.

    (1) Crosspost from your LP Catalog to Platforms - required to use features like Inventory Management, Delist (End Listing) / Relist, Mark SOLD, Unlimited Analytics and CVS Downloads, Image Management up to 30 images per listing, and more!

    OR

    (2) Crosspost directly from platform to platform(s) - exclusive to List Perfectly!

  • (1) Crosspost from your LP Catalog to Marketplaces
    • Go to your LP Catalog
    • Select the LP crossposting icon next to the listing you want to crosspost.
    • A menu will appear. Select the marketplaces, then click “Copy”
    • LP will open new tabs to each marketplace - simply review and publish.
  • (1) Crosspost from your LP Catalog to Platforms
    • Go to your LP Catalog
    • Click “Start Selecting”
    • Select the Listing(s) one by one or in bulk that you want to crosspost, then click “Stop”
    • A menu will appear. Select the platform(s), then click “Copy”
    • LP will open new tabs to each platform - simply review and publish.

  • (2) Crosspost directly from Marketplace to Marketplace(s) - without adding or importing to LP Catalog (exclusive to List Perfectly)!
    • Go to your active listings on the marketplace.
    • Select the crossposting icon next to the Listings you want to crosspost.
    • A menu will appear. Select the marketplace(s), then click “Copy”
    • LP will open new tabs to each marketplace - simply review and publish.
  • (2) Crosspost directly from Platform to Platforms - without adding or importing to LP Catalog (exclusive to List Perfectly)!
    • Go to your active listings on the platform.
    • Click “Start Selecting”
    • Select the listing(s) you want to crosspost one by one or in BULK, then click “Stop”
    • A menu will appear. Select the platform(s), then click “Copy”
    • LP will open new tabs to each platform - simply review and publish.
  • 5 End List & Sold

  • To use Delist (End Listing) / Relist and Mark SOLD your listing must be saved and linked to your LP Catalog:
    • Crosspost to or from LP Catalog to Marketplace
    • OR Link Item Number from Marketplace to LP Catalog

    Delist (End Listing) / Relist

    Only on LP: you do not need to relist immediately after you delist. Relist whenever you'd like!
  • To use Delist (End Listing) / Relist and Mark SOLD your listing must be saved and linked to your LP Catalog:
    • Crosspost to or from LP Catalog to Platform
    • OR Link Item Number from Platform to LP Catalog

    Delist (End Listing) / Relist

    Only on LP: you do not need to relist immediately after you delist. Relist whenever you'd like!
    • Go to your LP Catalog
    • Select listing(s) you want to Delist (End Listing)
    • Select the Marketplaces you want Delist on.
    • Click "End Listing
    • List Perfectly opens new tabs to each Marketplace and delists.
    • Please review each tab to confirm.
    • Refresh your LP Catalog to show the Delisted status.
    • To Relist, simply repeat the crossposting process.
    • Go to your LP Catalog
    • Select listing(s) you want to Delist (End Listing)
    • Select the Platforms you want Delist on.
    • Click "End Listing"
    • List Perfectly opens new tabs to each Platform and delists.
    • Please review each tab to confirm.
    • Refresh your LP Catalog to show the Delisted status.
    • To Relist, simply repeat the crossposting process.
  • Mark Sold

    Remove SOLD items from Marketplaces and change the status to SOLD on LP.
  • Mark Sold

    Remove SOLD items from Platforms and change the status to SOLD on LP.
  • There are two ways to Mark SOLD - (1) from LP Catalog OR (2) from Edit Listing page.
    (1) From LP Catalog
    • Select listing(s) you want to Mark SOLD
    • Select the Marketplaces you Mark SOLD
    • Click the "Select to mark Sold" checkbox
    • Click the button that says "Mark SOLD"
    • List Perfectly opens new tabs to each Marketplace and marks SOLD
    • Please review each tab to confirm
    • Refresh your LP Catalog to show the SOLD status
    (2) From Edit Listing
    • Click the "Edit" icon next to the listing you want to Mark SOLD.
    • List Perfectly will open the Edit Listing Page
    • Scroll down to the "Inventory & Sales" Section
    • Click the SOLD button and confirm by clicking "OK"
    • List Perfectly opens new tabs to each Marketplace and Marks SOLD
    • Please review each tab to confirm
    • Press SAVE
    • Your LP Catalog now shows the SOLD status
  • There are two ways to Mark SOLD - (1) from LP Catalog OR (2) from Edit Listing page.
    (1) From LP Catalog
    • Select listing(s) you want to Mark SOLD
    • Select the Platforms you Mark SOLD
    • Click the "Select to Mark Sold" checkbox
    • Click the button that says "Mark SOLD"
    • List Perfectly opens new tabs to each Platform and marks SOLD
    • Please review each tab to confirm
    • Refresh your LP Catalog to show the SOLD status
    (2) From Edit Listing
    • Click the "Edit" icon next to the listing you want to Mark SOLD.
    • List Perfectly will open the Edit Listing Page
    • Scroll down to the "Inventory & Sales" Section
    • Click the SOLD button and confirm by clicking "OK"
    • List Perfectly opens new tabs to each Platform and Marks SOLD
    • Please review each tab to confirm
    • Press SAVE
    • Your LP Catalog now shows the SOLD status
  • 6 Sales Analytics

  • Sales Analytics

    Use Sales Analytics to keep track of important sales information like: costs, profits, highest performing platforms and more.
    • Select the "Listings" tab from the Top Menu and choose "Sales Analytics"
    • Review your analytics and make "Inline Edits" to update information right on this page!
  • 7 CSV Download

  • CSV Download

    Download your LP Catalog in an easy-to-read CSV file.
    • Select the "Listings" tab and choose "Download CSV"
  • 8 Templates

  • Customize Unlimited Templates:

    Templates make listing even faster and help you avoid typing repetitive information.

    Add, Use, and Edit Unlimited Templates

    Add Templates

    (a) New Template: Click "Add Template" on the Main Menu or Select "Add Template" under the Listings Tab on the Top Menu.

    • For example, create a category specific template such as " Sweaters Template" with language like "measurements" "fit" or "fabric" as to avoid typing these same words each time you list a sweater. You may add a template for anything and everything, from categories, to brands, to styles, and more.

    (b) Template from Listing: Click the "Template" Icon next to the listing in your LP Catalog.

    • Remove listing specific information out of your template to create a reusable template for similar listings. For example, turn a specific listing such as a plate into a reusable Home Goods template removing listing specific information and keeping all general information. Then Save.
    Use Templates
    • Use a Template you've already created to Add Listings to your LP Catalog
    • At the top of the Add Listing Page, you will be able to select a Template
    • LP will apply the Template to the Add Listing page
    Edit Templates
    • Click "Listings" in the Top Menu, then "View/Edit Templates"
    • Select the Template you want to edit to open, make changes, and save

    Getting Help

    If you ever need to contact List Perfectly for technical support, feature request, account support, etc., there are multiple ways to do so. Please see below.


    Option 1: From the List Perfectly extension

    • Select the List Perfectly extension icon at the top right of your browser. 
    • Choose "View List Perfectly Guide" or "Click For Help"

    Option 2: From the Main Menu

    • Visit the main menu
    • Select "Contact Us" 

    Option 3: From the marketplace menu overlay

    • After selecting the crossposting icon on a listing a marketplace menu is displayed
    • Click the help bubble at the top right

    Option 4: List Perfectly top menu

    • Select "Help & News from the top menu
    • Click "Contact Us"

  • 10 - LP Extension Settings

  • List Perfectly offers extension settings that allow users to have more control with how LP works into their work flow.

    See below to learn how to access the settings and a deeper look into each one.

    • Access the extensions settings:
      1. Select the LP extension icon
      2. Select the settings gear icon
    • Turning this setting on means that while importing to List Perfectly from other marketplaces your listings will NOT be automatically saved.
    • During the import your edit listing screen will remain open and you will be required to save each listing.
    • This setting is a great option for users that may be experiencing inconsistent internet speeds and noticing that all the images are not being crossposted or other information is being missed.
    • Turn this setting on if you prefer to make changes right away to your listings as they are being imported to your LP catalog.
    • Enabling this setting will copy your crosspost to an already open tab for that specific marketplace if available.
    • Addition of Copy into open tab setting will make it easier to copy listings into Sell Similar and copied windows from anywhere, as well as a much more simplified process of Revising your listings from LP
    • Turning this setting on will change your Poshmark listing status on Poshmark as “not for sale” when you mark the listing as sold from your List Perfectly catalog.
    • With this setting turned off your Poshmark listing will be removed from your Poshmark closet when marking the listing as sold from your List Perfectly catalog.
    • Turning this setting on will leave the edit or revision tab open for the original listing that is being crossposted.
    • Enabling this setting can help make for quicker revisions when utilizing the copy to open marketplace tab
    • *Business and Pro Plan ONLY
    • Turning this setting on will allow for List Perfectly to assist in modifying images that are rectangles
    • This will also increase image dimensions for images that are below specific marketplace minimum requirements
    • Turning this setting on will update and display the “Copied” status on active listings for listings in your List Perfectly catalog.
    • With this setting turned off it will reduce the load time required for status updates on active listings, but the copied status will not display on listings that are currently marked as sold in your List Perfectly catalog.
    • Turning this setting on will display the crossposting buttons on all marketplaces
    • Turning this off will hide all crossposting buttons on your active marketplace listings and List Perfectly will not load when you visit your active listings.
    • *Business and Pro Plan ONLY
    • Add your Shopify shop name here to begin crossposting to your shop.
    • Find your Shopify ID: The shop ID is shown in bold, copy only the ID without the beginning slashes or ending dot: https://yourshopifyshop.myshopify.com/admin/products
    • If you have more than one Shopify account, you’ll need to change your shop ID each time you want to crosspost to a different shop. We hope this is a short term work-around, and in the future may no longer need you to enter your shop ID.

    • Add symbols or characters to be added as description separators.
    • Details added here will be added to your Instagram post between your description and tags. Read more here
