Version Update: Beta 0.14.27.8

A new version, 0.14.27.8, has been released to the Beta version of List Perfectly.

If you have the Beta version installed now, your version may automatically update.

Updates: 

  • eBay – Update for an issue some users were experiencing when attempting to import/crosspost from eBay.
  • eBay – Update for a unique issue where the condition description was importing/crossposting with unwanted text if the field was left empty on the original eBay listing.
  • Shopify – Update for crossposting/importing listings from Shopify that did not have a variant attached to the listing.

Known issues in this version:

  • Vestiaire – Importing listings from Vestiaire to your List Perfectly catalog or crossposting from Vestiaire to any supported marketplace is not supported.
  • eBay – Listings with an offer sent to a potential buyer or listings with an offer from a potential buyer can not be crossposted or imported due to an interruption in the process.
  • eBay – Potential known issue with this new update where the description is not copying or being recognized on eBay. If you notice an issue, please utilize the “re-copy” option to re-copy the text details.
  • Sales detection known issues 
    • eBay accounts that do not have access to Seller Hub is not currently supported to gather sales information. – If you would like to use Order detection and do not have Seller Hub, you can visit here to opt into Seller Hub – https://www.ebay.com/sh/ovw
    • Orders with multi quantity or bundled orders may not be detected as being linked to your LP catalog.
    • Unique shop names with special characters may not link properly.
  • Sales Detection Feature: Etsy and Facebook are not currently supported for the Sales Detection Feature.
  • Update Feature:
    • Shopify – The update feature is currently not working on Shopify.
    • If you find any additional issues please let us know

  • eBay – Fixed a rare issue where at times when crossposting, the listing in the crosspost would get stuck on the “Start a Listing” page in eBay.
  • Tradesy – Tradesy has been removed as a marketplace option from the crossposting screen. Tradesy has been removed from the LP extension settings.

New catalog filters released!

Happy holidays!

We’re excited to release the new LP catalog filters to the “My Listings” page for all members. The team has been working hard to improve the catalog search experience, which will make it even easier to find listings that you need to end when sold, among other improvements.

TIPS:

– If you notice your filters are not available, please hold “SHIFT” + Refresh the page at the same time to apply the update.

– If you experience any problems with search, please use the reset/clear buttons to reset your search and start over. Refreshing the page will preserve your last search, which is why you’ll want to use reset and clear, or just clear.

– You can switch between the new and original filters at any time by 1. reset / clear your search first, then 2. select the toggle “Use new filters” to turn them on or off.
