How it works:
How do I get paid? – We pay your commission monthly via PayPal. Commission begins 31 days after your friend signs up with your code. Your commission payment window is between the 1st and the 5th of each month.
What affects my commission?
– Monthly commission earnings are estimated because of plan changes or cancellations, upgrades, or downgrades.
What do the referral statuses mean?
– An Unpaid status reflects a commission that hasn’t been paid. Please note that a commission begins 31 days after your friend signs up with your code. Your commission payment window is between the 1st and the 5th of each month.
A Rejected status is a commission that has been rejected for some reason. Members that signed up through your code may have a payment that didn’t go through, or your friend has canceled their account and the commission will not be paid out due to that cancellation.
How do I update my payment information? – To adjust your PayPal email go to the “Settings” tab in your Referral Area Dashboard. Please note we can not reimburse for any payments made to a different PayPal email than the one in your Settings at the time of payment.
